Description	Keepers Cottage, Menabilly was a gamekeepers cottage. It lies in the heart of the estate down a woodland track offering complete privacy apart from the wildlife. It makes an ideal retreat, yet provides good access to the coastal footpath and to the beach at Polridmouth cove 500 yards away.
Facilities	The accommodation provides on the ground floor: sitting room with open fire, dining/kitchen (with Rayburn oil-fired range cooker), utility room with toilet. On the first floor: bathroom (bath/shower, toilet and basin) also 1 double, 1 single, and 1 twin (bunk) bedrooms. Services: Cooking by Rayburn and gas, Central Heating, Parking for 3 cars, Colour Television and Video, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing machine. Outside there is woodland, sloping lawns (some steep - see virtual tour) and a stream nearby (please supervise children). There is a gravel patio with garden furniture for sitting outside. Additional facilities such as cots and high chairs can be provided. This letting is no smoking. One or two well behaved dogs are allowed.
